Welcome to the official website of Universal Products & Promotions (UP&P), based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.

UP&P was established in 1991 as a Sales and Marketing Company. The company has successfully developed and marketed products and services for individuals and companies throughout North America, Australia, Ireland and Asia (Singapore).

In 1996 UP&P patented one of its products. In 1998 the company diversified into residential and commercial real estate.

In the future the company will continue to focus on its core business, Sales & Marketing, and Real Estate. In addition, it will be devoting energy toward designing and developing a futuristic Green Eco-Industrial Park (EIP).

UP&P looks forward to continuing to work with innovative, forward thinking individuals and companies.
